Moong daal pakoda

Moong dal (lentil) pakoray is a very tasty snack. We can make it very esasily.
Moong daal pakoda with chutni

Ingradients:
  1. Yellow lentil with skin 250 gm
  2. Green onion finely chopped 250 gm
  3. Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  4. Green chilies chopped 1 tbsp
  5. Red pepper crushed 1/2 tbsp
  6. Coriander seed crushed 1 tsp
  7. White cumin crushed 1 tsp
  8. Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  9. Salt 1/2 tsp 
  10. Oil
How to make:

Soak 250 gm lentil for 6 hours. Then wash well, remove skin and grind well.
Mix in it 250 gm chopped green onions, 2 tbsp coriander leaves, 1 tbsp green chilies, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tbsp crushed red pepper, 1 tsp crushed coriander seed, 1 tsp crushed cumin, 1/2 tsp baking powder, mix all well. Make into pakoras and deep fry in preheated oil till golden and crisp.

Tasty Moong daal pakoda is ready. serve it with chutnies.
